Fakedash Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Fakedash services, you agree to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Subscription and Payments

  • By subscribing to Fakedash services, you authorize recurring billing according to the selected subscription plan.

  • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period.

  • All payments are processed automatically by Stripe based on the subscription’s status and billing cycle.

  • Subscriptions remain active and billable until they are formally canceled by the user.

3. Cancellation of Subscription

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Canceling a subscription stops future billing cycles but does not retroactively refund charges for any period during which the service was available or used.

  • If a subscription is canceled before the next billing date, access will remain available until the end of the current billing period. After this period, access will be discontinued unless the subscription is renewed.

4. Refunds

Refund Policy: We generally provide services on a non-refundable basis following the initiation of service use.

Question: Can I request a refund?
Answer: Refunds might be considered on a case-by-case basis for issues related to double billing or unauthorized charges. Requests should be made within 14 days of the transaction date. All decisions are at our sole discretion.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our service for any reason at any time.

6. Liability

Our liability for the services provided under these Terms is limited to the greatest extent permissible under applicable law.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our site. Continued use of the service after changes are posted signifies your agreement to those changes.

8. Account Sharing

Prohibition on Sharing:

  • The services provided through Fakedash are licensed to you for your individual or organizational use, depending on your account type.

  • Account sharing is strictly forbidden. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to your account to anyone else, regardless of whether they are within your personal, familial, or professional circle.

Security:

  • Keeping your account secure is your responsibility.

  • Use strong, unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication where available.

  • If we suspect or confirm account sharing, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.

Obligations:

  • Should you inadvertently share your account, or if unauthorized access occurs due to your negligence, you must inform us immediately by contacting our support team.

Violation Consequences:

  • Immediate termination of service.

  • Loss of access to all data associated with the account.

Exceptions:

  • Some business accounts may allow team access as explicitly stated in the terms of those account types.

  • Sharing beyond the contracted number of users or outside the organization/team is prohibited.

Audit:

  • We may perform audits on user accounts to ensure compliance with our no-sharing policy.

  • During an audit, verification or additional security measures may be requested.

Note: Unauthorized sharing or misuse of the account can lead to permanent revocation of access to our services without a refund.
